As former nyc residents, nothing makes us happier than meeting new yorkers who have traversed their city in search of the best cupcake. Meeting knowledgable folk who are experts in frosting and cake always makes for some fun banter. Here is a recent review we found on Google Reviews that made us so happy! Thanks Anna!
Street Fight is a media & research company focused on the business of hyperlocal content, commerce and technology founded by some heavyweight journalists with experience writing for The New York Times, Conde Nast and The Industry Standard. We were so pleased to be profiled in a case study on their site! You won't find any frosting or fluff in this piece, but if you're interested in the nuts and bolts of what it takes to run a modern bakery business, this will interest you. Read the article here.
we were super excited when anthropologie asked us to create some cupcakes for their pop-up farmer's market in the charlottesville store. when local produce supplier standard produce delivered our order of 150 edible flowers, we were delighted to comb through zinnias, roses, marigold, carnations, lavender, pansies and more! But the magic really came through when we placed the little beauties atop mini cupcakes. anthropologie posted a photo of the flower cupcakes on their national instagram account, and we saw 11,000 likes pop up within the first 2 hours it was up. we are betting a few of our brides will agree that these au naturale cupcakes would be gorgeous at a wedding, and we can't wait to make them again!

Participating in The Hook's summer weddings issue was a wonderful experience. We were among the very best wedding vendors in the state including the lovely Clifton Inn, the unique Stonegate Rentals, exquisite Tucked Letterpress, awesome Holland Photo Arts, delicious Carpe Donut, stylish Southern Blooms and more! Our mobile cupcake trailer, named Georgia, tucked perfectly into the lush foliage at Clifton to provide delicious treats to the bride and groom and their guests.
